By installing or using Mivex, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Mivex provides a mobile application for sharing and viewing short videos, creating a user profile, messaging other users, and optional in-app purchases for virtual coins which can be used for features such as Boost. All purchases are processed via the App Store and must follow Apple’s purchase policies.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content you grant Mivex a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have any rights needed to upload content. Prohibited content (illegal content, copyright infringement, harassment) is not allowed and may be removed.
Mivex supports in-app purchases to acquire virtual coins. Coins are consumed to perform optional actions such as Boost. Purchases are final and subject to App Store refund policies. Boost actions are processed as part of the app’s available features and reflected in your account; results are not guaranteed.
Mivex may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; account deletion removes locally stored profile data and content managed by the app.
The app is provided "as is" and Mivex disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Boost results are estimates and not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mivex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. The effective date will be noted at the top.
